MEET SERGIO MAGANA
Imagine that you can consciously enter a magnificent dream and create a new reality for yourself and for others
According to the prophecy of Cuauhtémoc, the last emperor of Aztec Empire, we are in the phase of the Sixth Sun - the time when the ancient wisdom of Mexico will be unveiled and shared with the world. It has also been predicted that Sergio Magana, will be the one of the teachers to share this powerful spiritual wisdom heritage. Sergio teaches powerful practices of dreaming and dream induced expanded states of consciousness; a similiar magical mystic tradition from Yucatan inspired Carlos Castaneda to write many of his books on the subject.
Lucid Dreaming is no longer a well kept secret available for the few chosen people, it is now well researched by many credible scientists and documented as yet another alternate state of consciousness. There is a saying in the tradition:  ‘those who are not lucid in their dreams will not be lucid in their death’.
Every day, when we lay down to sleep, we not only regenerate our body by spontaneous elimination of toxins, slowing down of cerebral waves and heart beat and so on, but we also have capacities that we don't access when we are awake.
Once such aspect is dreaming, the magical dimension of the human experience in which we lack control, a place inside where we are simply spectators. So many of us have questions about this state, which is seemingly inaccessible to the waking mind: what is dreaming useful for? Do different types of dreams exist?
For centuries Shamanic traditions have offered knowledge about the dreaming life, which to them is simply another part of human consciousness. Cultures which are still in touch with Shamanistic practices have direct experience of moving from the physical body to travel in other dimensions of reality. They use these practices to help heal the soul and deal with grief or other feelings caused by painful experiences of which we are not conscious.
In Toltec tradition, sleep is that state of being in which we can create our waking life (Tonal) and this is done through the dream state (Nahual.) The Toltecs believe that those who do not remember their dreams live unconsciously. They believe that we create our own reality while we sleep and without dreams we are unable to control or work with our awake state leading to unconscious behavioural patterns.

The Toltec practices not only show us how to value these images, but also give us tools to change our awareness in sleep and awake states, learning to move from the passive, "being created", to the active, "being creators". One of these practices is the “seeding of the dream”, but first we have to learn how to enter into a state of lucid dreaming.
Lucid dreams offer us a way to work actively in the dreaming state. To become the director and an actor in our dreams, we have to know how to access the world of dreams, its codes or symbolic meaning.  To do this, additional energy is needed which can be accessed in different ways taught by Magana such as breathing techniques, before bed.

The seeding of the dreams, which is the next step, allows us not only to remember the dreams but also to actively place imagery into the dream that could change our waking life. Learning how manage our dreams means learning to live our awake state in a more conscious way. Lucid dreaming  also includes many practices such as shapeshifting, dream-bridging, forging a dream body as a stable energy body and consciously ‘designing’ our lives from the dream state

    Joanna Flowering Whirlwind

Several years ago, I had an auspicious opportunity to study with Merilyn Tunneshende, the one that was an apprentice to Don Juan Matus, teacher of Carlos Castaneda.
Merilyn was an apprentice to Dona Celestina Soledad, a sorceress in Mayan-Toltec tradition. Dona Soledad agreed to teach Merilyn, on condition, that she would take the teachings further to wide world. Dona Soledad was eager, that her tradition would be shared with as many women as possible.
I was initiated by Merilyn into the feminine aspect of Toltec school of shamanism and entered a road-of no return, often suspecting that this was an unspoken condition of my initiation. At the heart of this ancient teaching is reclaiming of the Feminine Power that comes from a close connection and communication with the Mother Earth, which was natural way of life to indigenous people and now lost through patriarchy, industrialisation and abuse of the environment.

In the meantime I became a teacher of Kundalini Yoga, studied Reiki, Theta Healing and trained with Dr Alberto Villoldo and his Four Winds Society, completing the School of The Light Body Medicine Wheel, and Munay Ki.  I have trained in Peruvian Mysticism with Don Juan Nunez del Prado, Elizabeth Jenkins and Valerie Niestrath receiving “Karpay” – energetic initiation transmissions from this tradition.

4 years ago doing a full circle I have returned to Toltec-Mayan (Mexicayotl) tradition and have been training for some time with Sergio Magana, being one of the first westerners, initiated to a secret Toltec tribe. This powerful particular ancient knowledge has never been written down and has been taught in oral and ceremonial tradition for centuries.
I have discovered new extraordinary levels of consciousness, serenity and magical perception of the Universe, not thought previously possible. We desperately  need to raise the consciousness in the society and the only way is through the transformatuon on individual level. Tolstoy said: "Everyone wants to change the world, but nobody thinks about changing himself". the 5000 years old Tolecayotl ancient wisdom offers the incredible tools, both for the pesonal and global shift.
My mission now is to take these teachings to the mainstream of society and especially to women, who lost their power through patriarchal, political and religious conditioning.

I offer  the following shamanic healing sessions:
A wide range of healing techniques learned from Sergio Magana
    Soul retrieval
    Extraction and releasing  of intrusions,
    Ancestral healing,
    Munay Ki,
    Theta Healing,
    Reiki Healing
    Kundalini Yoga one to one
